CAD-CAM
Featuring the most up to date systems from Autodesk, 3D models are quickly and accurately created along with our CMM to ensure quality is met. Files can be created or received in a variety of formats.
Inspection
Purpose built inspection room with a Mitutoyo CMM complete with Renishaw probes on a large granite table, enables first article inspection of parts as well as live data and full inspection reporting, leaving no stone unturned.
3D Scanning and 3D Printing
A 3D scanner housed in our inspection/data capture facility allows us to capture data in almost all situations, accompanied by our 3D printer this allows us to reverse engineer parts and produce an exacting model so the customer can see and hold the part before any machining operations have commenced.
Light fabrication and welding
Mig and Tig welding stations available to aid our CNC manufacturing processes.
