CNC Turning

From large CNC lathes to sub spindle turning centre’s with the very best in Fanuc controls, ensures we have the technology and the capability to handle the most demanding of customers CNC turning requirements.

• CNC Lathe-2000mm between centres, Can turn 300mm diameter over saddle and 550mm diameter over bed, 104mm spindle bore also features 8 station tool turret

• CNC Lathe-2000mm between centres, Can turn 300mm diameter over saddle and 550mm diameter over bed, 104mm spindle bore

• CNC Lathe-1750mm between centres, Can turn 300mm diameter over saddle and 450mm diameter over bed, 76mm spindle bore

• CNC lathe-1250mm between centres, can turn 250mm diameter over saddle and 400mm diameter over bed, 80mm spindle bore

• CNC sub spindle turning centre, multi axis machine featuring live tooling for milling operations, Y-axis machining to aid C-axis on main spindle and B-axis on sub spindle respectively, 65mm bar feeder, parts catcher and swarf conveyor to aid automation

CNC Milling

Multi axis Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) with 4 axis rotary tables as well as large CNC bed mills feature, this enables us to handle a variety of components no matter the complexity or design.

CAD-CAM

Featuring the most up to date systems from Autodesk, 3D models are quickly and accurately created along with our CMM to ensure quality is met. Files can be created or received in a variety of formats.

Inspection

Purpose built inspection room with a Mitutoyo CMM complete with Renishaw probes on a large granite table, enables first article inspection of parts as well as live data and full inspection reporting, leaving no stone unturned.

3D Scanning and 3D Printing

A 3D scanner housed in our inspection/data capture facility allows us to capture data in almost all situations, accompanied by our 3D printer this allows us to reverse engineer parts and produce an exacting model so the customer can see and hold the part before any machining operations have commenced.

Light fabrication and welding

Mig and Tig welding stations available to aid our CNC manufacturing processes.
