Our design and manufacturing workflow is powered by Autodesk a fully integrated CAD/CAM platform that connects creativity with precision. From concept modelling & sketching to toolpath generation, every part is engineered digitally before it reaches the machine. This seamless integration ensures accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability across all production runs, allowing us to deliver complex components with ease.
Our Faro arm also allows us to reverse engineer components so in rare occasions you might not have drawings we can still assist with your production requirements.
We are also equipped with advanced 3D scanning technology. This allows us to collect precise dimensional data in almost any situation. We combine this with 3D printing when a component requires prototyping this way we can give customers the opportunity to see and handle a part before any machining operations begin.
